Drawing on journalistic investigations and blockchain analytics, it shows how these tools enabled tens of billions of dollars to be moved abroad while remaining outside regulators\u2019 visibility Based on the systematization and critical analysis of scientific research conducted by both foreign and domestic scholars, the economic essence of the concepts of \u00abrisk\u00bb and \u00abuncertainty\u00bb is revealed.
