Of course, we are talking about crypto, rather its legalization and prevention of its use in criminal activities. Blockchain analytics companies &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/web.amlbot.com\/\">AMLbot<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/crystalblockchain.com\/crystal-expert\/\">Crystal<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/glprotocol.com\/\">GlobalLedger<\/a> and others &#8211; were also presented.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unodc.org\/centralasia\/\">UNODC ROCA<\/a>, together with <a class=\"app-aware-link \" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/feed\/hashtag\/?keywords=osce&amp;highlightedUpdateUrns=urn%3Ali%3Aactivity%3A7200807171138154496\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\">OSCE<\/a> and the General Prosecutor\u2019s Office of Uzbekistan hosted the conference \u201cEffective strategies for recovering stolen assets; management and disposal of seized, confiscated and returned assets and current issues related to crypto assets in the context of asset recovery\u201d, as part of the work plan under the Regional <a class=\"app-aware-link \" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/feed\/hashtag\/?keywords=uncac&amp;highlightedUpdateUrns=urn%3Ali%3Aactivity%3A7200807171138154496\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\">UNCAC<\/a> Fast Track Implementation Platform in CentralAsia. The conference aims at strengthening the capacity of the CA countries in asset recovery and countering challenges associated with virtual assets.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class='flex_column Europe<\/a>, <a class=\"app-aware-link \" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/feed\/hashtag\/?keywords=star&amp;highlightedUpdateUrns=urn%3Ali%3Aactivity%3A7200807171138154496\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\">StAR<\/a> Initiative and Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, as well as international experts from Ukraine, Georgia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, who exchanged experiences on best international practices in asset recovery and asset management.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The UNODC Regional Representative, Ms. Ashita Mittal, during her welcoming speech, emphasized that asset recovery is one of the fundamental elements of the anti-corruption framework established by the UNCAC and highlighted the importance of developing asset recovery mechanisms in Central Asia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The conference was held with support of Danish International Development Agency (<a href=\"https:\/\/um.dk\/errors\/404?item=%2Fdanida-en&amp;user=um_en%5CAnonymous&amp;site=um-en\">DANIDA<\/a>) and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.state.gov\/bureaus-offices\/under-secretary-for-civilian-security-democracy-and-human-rights\/bureau-of-international-narcotics-and-law-enforcement-affairs\/\">U.S. Department of
