data-start=\"2583\" data-end=\"2626\">Ukrainian Modern Digital Science (UMDS)<\/strong> experts <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/alexandr-chernykh-383853203\/\"><strong data-start=\"2635\" data-end=\"2657\">Oleksandr Chernykh<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/vladyslav-tsvirkun\/\"><strong data-start=\"2662\" data-end=\"2684\">Vladyslav Tsvirkun<\/strong><\/a> took part in the <a href=\"https:\/\/kndise.gov.ua\/article\/blockchain-forensic-forum-2025-rozvytok-sudovoyi-ekspertyzy-u-sferi-blokcheynu-v-ukrayin\"><strong data-start=\"2702\" data-end=\"2736\">Blockchain Forensic Forum 2025<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 the first scientific-practical conference in Ukraine dedicated to blockchain, cryptocurrency, and digital asset forensics.<br data-start=\"2861\" data-end=\"2864\" \/>The event was organized by the <strong data-start=\"2895\" data-end=\"2967\">Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Examinations (KNDISE)<\/strong> in partnership with the <strong data-start=\"2992\" data-end=\"3022\">Kyiv Polytechnic Institute<\/strong> and the <strong data-start=\"3031\" data-end=\"3065\">Ministry of Justice of Ukraine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3068\" data-end=\"3596\">In their speeches, UMDS experts emphasized the need to systematically develop <strong data-start=\"3146\" data-end=\"3170\">blockchain forensics<\/strong> as a new field of forensic expertise that is essential for building reliable evidence in cases involving digital assets.<br data-start=\"3291\" data-end=\"3294\" \/><strong data-start=\"3294\" data-end=\"3316\">Oleksandr Chernykh<\/strong> focused on the technical aspects of blockchain analysis and the use of forensic tools to trace transaction chains and asset provenance, while <strong data-start=\"3459\" data-end=\"3481\">Vladyslav Tsvirkun<\/strong> discussed institutional cooperation between expert institutions, law-enforcement agencies, and the private sector.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3598\" data-end=\"4179\">The forum brought together representatives of the <strong data-start=\"3648\" data-end=\"3924\">Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Security Service of Ukraine, Prosecutor General\u2019s Office, Bureau of Economic Security, Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA), State Service of Special Communications, Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University, Kyiv Polytechnic Institute<\/strong>, as well as international organizations <strong data-start=\"3965\" data-end=\"3973\">EUAM<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"3978\" data-end=\"3995\">Pravo-Justice<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"3996\" data-end=\"3999\" \/>Its goal was to create a professional dialogue platform to exchange experience and strengthen forensic capacity in the field of digital criminalistics and financial investigations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4181\" data-end=\"4736\">Key discussion topics included <strong data-start=\"4212\" data-end=\"4249\">blockchain as an evidentiary tool<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"4251\" data-end=\"4295\">seizure and management of virtual assets<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"4297\" data-end=\"4328\">counter-terrorist financing<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"4330\" data-end=\"4370\">training a new generation of experts<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"4372\" data-end=\"4430\">integration of blockchain with artificial intelligence<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"4436\" data-end=\"4516\">implementation of European digital forensic standards (ISO 27037, ISO 27043)<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"4517\" data-end=\"4520\" \/>Participants noted that Ukraine has all the prerequisites to become a regional leader in blockchain forensics by combining strong IT education, scientific expertise, and practical experience of forensic institutions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4738\" data-end=\"4915\"><strong data-start=\"4738\" data-end=\"4746\">UMDS<\/strong> continues to expand cooperation in blockchain forensics, organize educational initiatives, and support the development of a modern digital justice ecosystem in
