UMDS Board Chairwoman Tetiana Dmytrenko once again participated in the IV International Legal Forum “TASHKENT LAW SPRING”, which took place on May 29-30, 2025. It was extremely pleasant to return to expert work in Central Asia. Our past project with UNODC brought excellent results, and this always encourages us to continue what we have started.
The topic of artificial intelligence came to the fore at the Forum, but crypto-assets remain the most relevant issue for the development of activities and effective regulation, where AI is truly an assistant in the processes of constant monitoring and analysis of the work of clusters of crypto-transaction participants.
Tetiana Dmytrenko spoke on the topic “The Age of Digital Technologies: A Legal Perspective on the Future”.
Presenting the EU-ACT project, she shared her thoughts on “Crimes Related to Cryptocurrencies: Combating Fraud and Money Laundering”. This is an extremely important area, as we are at the intersection of financial innovation and legal safeguards.
Special thanks to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the EU-ACT project for the invitation and the great opportunity to continue our cooperation. Together we are building a more sustainable digital future through international dialogue and regulatory foresight!
