On May 27, 2026, during NATIONAL FINMON FORUM 2026, the NGO “Ukrainian Modern Digital Science” (UMDS) and the Ukrainian Compliance Association (UCA) officially signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

The Ukrainian Compliance Association is a professional community of experts dedicated to advancing modern compliance culture through educational initiatives, professional knowledge exchange, industry events, and support for the expert community. The Association’s mission is to build a sustainable ecosystem of trust between business, government, and society.

The Memorandum was signed during NATIONAL FINMON FORUM 2026 — a professional platform that brought together representatives of the banking sector, businesses, regulators, law enforcement agencies, and the expert community to address the key challenges of modern financial monitoring, sanctions compliance, and risk management.

The shared vision of developing a transparent, risk-based, and effective financial monitoring ecosystem became the foundation for strengthening cooperation between UMDS and the Ukrainian Compliance Association.

Within the framework of the partnership, the parties plan to implement joint educational, analytical, and research initiatives, organize professional events, conferences, round tables, and expert discussions, and contribute to the development of modern approaches to AML/CFT, sanctions compliance, digital assets, and financial security.
