As part of the World Economic Forum 2025 in Davos, a major study on the use of frozen Russian assets, their search and further actions with representatives of the Ukrainian authorities was presented at the Ukraine House Davos.
This is a Razom for Ukraine study by American, British and Ukrainian experts, which should reveal the issue to politicians (decision makers) as broadly and realistically as possible.

The team of international experts who made efforts to this project includes Tetyana Nesterchuk, who has repeatedly covered the issue of recovering damages from the aggressor at events held Alexandr Chernykh with the Ukrainian National Bar Association and Ukrainian Modern Digital Science.

One of the agenda items was to highlight our experience and practice in tracking crypto assets, so I hope we will soon be able to present the general “underwater” part of circumventing sanctions, which we have been talking about for a long time with experts, in particular with Hanna Khrystianovich  (Global Ledger). And to make a “volume 2” of this study where to add recommendations on English practice and international tracing and freezing of assets.
