Ukrainian Modern Digital Science (UMDS) and the National Association of Lobbyists of Ukraine (UNLA) have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at consolidating scientific, analytical, and institutional efforts for the development of modern Ukraine. The Memorandum was signed by Tetiana Dmytrenko, Chair of UMDS, and Oleksii Shevchuk, Chairman of the Board of UNLA.
The Memorandum reflects a shared vision of building a transparent, responsible, and professional ecosystem for public policy, regulation, and advocacy in the fields of finance, digital economy, innovation, and security. The combination of UMDS’s research-driven expertise and the Association’s practical experience in public policy and lobbying creates a solid foundation for joint research initiatives, educational projects, expert platforms, and engagement in regulatory development.
A key dimension of the partnership is the international recognition of both organizations. UMDS actively cooperates with international organizations, expert networks, and cross-border initiatives in the areas of financial security, digital assets, and economic crime prevention, representing Ukrainian expertise at international conferences and policy forums. At the same time, the UNLA promotes professional lobbying standards aligned with European and international practices and participates in dialogue with international partners on institutional development and regulatory frameworks.
Both organizations bring strong expertise in research, analytics, and policy development, creating a solid foundation for joint studies, expert platforms, educational initiatives, and engagement in policy-making processes.
The parties intend to focus on promoting integrity standards, developing an ethical and transparent lobbying culture, advancing digital transformation, and strengthening financial transparency. The signing of the Memorandum also demonstrates a shared patriotic commitment to reinforcing Ukraine’s institutional resilience, safeguarding national interests, and supporting the country’s European integration path during wartime and throughout post-war recovery.
